Wild Immersion is the first virtual reserve in the world. These virtual reality films will transport you to the heart of nature where you can experience wildlife up-close. Wild Immersion wants to use wonder and emotion to raise awareness amongst the public of the challenges of nature conservation. Their catalogue of VR films covers more than 140 animal species in 40 countries, in landscapes ranging from frozen lands to oceans and savannas.

At a time when we are experiencing an unprecedented decline in biodiversity, Wild Immersion's mission is to allow as many people as possible to appreciate the richness that nature can offer.

From virtual reserves to nature reserves

In addition to their work in raising public awareness, Wild Immersion has supported the creation of Wild Angels, an endowment fund to help fund protected areas around the world.

Donations can be made on the online platform, which are then passed on to partner reserves. Those people who have made donations, the “Wild Angels”, can enjoy hearing regular news about how the projects they are supporting are developing as well as having the option to interact with local actors.

Several partnerships have been established with reserves in Madagascar, Argentina and Cambodia. Other projects are in the pipeline.
